Meet Holly:

Holly Rose hails from Louisville, Kentucky, but currently resides in Tulsa, Oklahoma, with her BFF – Michelle, along with Bella, Rocky, and Lil’ Bit, i.e., the beloved critters.  God has had His hand mightily upon this woman of God, who was led to the Lord by a high school teacher in 1985 in a dramatic conversion experience to Christ.

God has used Holly in many areas of ministry over the last 32 years.   There have been many supernatural signs in her walk with God.  One spectacular one included a vision where God confirmed His leadership for her to attend Oral Roberts University in 1991 when it looked like an impossibility.  Over the years, Holly has served in ministry as a worship leader and as keyboardist. Also, she traveled with an Australian Education Team to Rwanda as a missionary teacher in 2006 as part of www.Hope-Global.org, an outreach of Hillsong Ministries.

Holly completed her B.S. degree in Business Administration in 2003, and completed 36 hours on her M.A. in Teaching Math and Business from the University of Louisville in 2009.  Her Mom’s terminally ill condition required her attention, placing education on hold. Her perseverance paid off though as she received her Master of Arts in Global Christian Leadership from Southwestern Christian University (SCU) in May 2017.   Cave in and give up are certainly not a part of Holly’s MO.  While serving as the SCU Site Director for three years and working on her degree, the devil attacked but this time God and she held the upper hand.  She survived Renal Cell Carcinoma AND graduated with her master’s degree.

Holly has a drive to excel at whatever God puts in her path to complete. She is a fighter!  With a spirit of leadership on her, Holly is unafraid to be different.  She absolutely sets a high standard for her peers or anyone else to follow.   Her heart is to minister to the Body of Christ, and especially those who have been disabled by life’s difficulties, which is most everyone.  She is a strong example of discipline, resilience, and grit.   She has ministered to women’s groups, Bible studies, and churches.   She has a message of faith and hope to deliver.   She desires to train and make disciples leading believers to a deeper knowledge and understanding of Christ and to propel them to God’s highest call and purpose in their lives.

As a math teacher for over 10 years along with her newly acquired master’s degree, the door opened for Holly to step into the next season of life.   Holly leaves Tulsa, Oklahoma, in August 2017 for a two-year teaching assignment in high school math in Kunshan, China, at Kang Chiao International School, where she is excited to impact the next generation.
